Anthony took up the game at the age of 13 and turned professional 5 years later, becoming fully qualified in 2004.
Anthony started his career working as an assistant professional at Lymm Golf Club. Later he moved to Cheadle and in 2013 became professional at Ellesmere.
While at Lymm, Anthony won various assistants' tournaments and several Regional PGA Pro-Ams. He holds the course records at both Hawarden and Ashton-in-Makerfield golf clubs with rounds of 6 under par.
The highlight of Anthony's career to date, was qualifying and competing in the Open Championship in 2004 at Royal Troon Golf Club in a field of 164 of the world's best golfers.
